The Soul: Hailing from Venezuela, Elisa is the heartbeat of the operation. She brings over 20 years of global water sports experience and a profound connection to the international kite community. As a certified international kiteboarding instructor for over a decade, her unmatched intuition for the water and her patient, enthusiastic teaching style have successfully guided students ranging from 7 to 80 years old. Her expertise in event production and premium hospitality ensures every EK Experience is unforgettable.

The Science: An avid kiter, pilot, and engineer from the US, Robert is the technical mastermind of the team. Drawing on his intensive immersion into the sport, he provides the analytical edge, effortlessly translating equipment specs, wind patterns, and riding mechanics into actionable knowledge. Whether he is meticulously dialing in your gear setup on the beach or providing hands-on guidance to beginner and intermediate riders in the water, his methodical approach builds confidence and accelerates progression.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be super strong?

No! You use a harness. If you can hold a bicycle handlebar, you can fly a kite.

What if there is no wind?

We only charge for time that you are taking the lesson. If Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, we easily reschedule.

What do I need to bring?

Sunscreen, water, sun glasses with straps, wetsuit (if you need it, we have for rent), booties or water shoes, and a stoked attitude. We provide the kite, board, harness, lifejacket.
