1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use apply to your EK Experience account and to your use of the EK Experience website and platform, operated by EK Experience LLC ("EK Experience", "we"). By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
Your account is personal to you. Keep your login details private and do not share them or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the information you give us accurate.
3. Permitted use
You may use the platform for its intended purposes: requesting and managing kiteboarding lessons, taking part in camps and trips, tracking your own Progression, communicating with EK coaches and staff, and, if you choose, community features.
4. Conduct
Treat other riders, coaches and staff with respect. Follow applicable laws and local rules, including the rules of any beach, spot or waterway where you ride.
5. Misuse
Do not misuse the platform. This includes harassment, abuse, impersonation, sharing content you do not have the right to share, attempting to access accounts or information that are not yours, or interfering with how the platform works. EK Experience may restrict, suspend or remove your access to the platform for misuse.
6. Progression is educational
Skill unlocks, milestones, XP and Progression levels reflect coach-observed consistency over time. They are educational and motivational only. They are not a certification, rating, license, qualification or guarantee of safety, and should not be presented to others as one. Real-world riding depends on conditions, equipment and your own judgement on the day.
7. Separate agreements
These Terms cover use of the platform only. Taking part in lessons, camps, trips or other on-water activities requires the separate EK Experience Master Participant Waiver. Lesson requests and bookings are governed by separate booking and cancellation policies. Accepting these Terms does not replace or satisfy any of those agreements.
8. Changes to the platform
We may add, change or remove features and content over time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using the platform.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
