Our soundfront house is located on Portside Drive in Kinnakeet Shores, one of the best private kiteboarding areas in Avon. This spacious 3,400 sq. ft. home offers the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and convenience. You can launch your kite directly from the sandy area behind the house, and on light-wind days, you can enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, relaxing by the pool, or watching the sunset from the deck.
